The building on Cambridge street was the former Bethel Sunday School dating back to 1852.

 

Our brief was to create a hybrid/mixed use building, I took reference from the buildings history as a place where many children in the area would have learned to read and it became a library.

 

As well as a library I incorporated a wine and cheese bar to add a touch of glamour.
