Brief: A Gastronomical Experience

Proposal:  Looking at the process that the molten steel goes through as it travels through a factory, it gets poured, rolled, moulded and cooled. This process isn’t dissimilar to the processes in the chocolate industries. There was born my idea of a Chocolate Fondue restaurant right at the centre of Sheffields oldest industrial site.
